Brand identity, web and motion for Toronto.
I am Ramin Nasibov, designer and art director. I work from Berlin and Barcelona, and a steady share of the work goes to Ontario: logos, brand identities, websites, motion, packaging and social media.
Clients include Universal Music, Samsung, 3M, Adobe, TIER and MrBeast, and around Toronto a dental practice in Burlington and a cleaning company in Brampton.

Services.
01Logo and brand identity
Logo, type, colour and the rules that hold it all together. On the business card and on the shop front.
Web design and development
From the first wireframe to the built site, fast and easy to keep up yourself.
Motion design
Logo animation, short clips for the site and social media, presentations that move. A brand that moves too.
Brand strategy
What a company stands for and how it speaks. We settle that before the first line is drawn.
Social media design
Templates and design for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, so a feed looks like one brand and not ten.
Packaging
Labels, boxes and bags that stand out on the shelf and feel right in the hand.
Work.
02How it goes.
03A call
Half an hour by video, your morning or your afternoon. We settle what it is for, who it is for and what the design has to do.
A quote
Fixed price in dollars or euros, clear scope, a contract in English. Part up front, the rest at handover.
Directions
Several routes first, then the one you pick worked through. Feedback in fixed rounds, not endless loops.
Handover
Every file in the usual formats and a short guide, so the people who use it day to day can.
Questions.
04You are in Europe. How does that work with a company in Toronto?
Six hours between us, which in practice means my work is waiting when you start your day and your notes are waiting when I start mine. Calls are late afternoon for me and morning for you, and the day in between is where the work gets done.
Do you work outside the city?
Most of the Ontario work has been outside downtown: Burlington, Brampton, Hamilton. A practice or a small business gets the same attention as a large brand, and the same fixed price before we start.
What does a brand identity cost?
After the first call you get a fixed quote, in dollars or euros. No price list, and no surprises on the invoice.
How long does it take?
That depends on your deadline, and I plan around it. The first concepts come within a week; you can pick one, combine two, ask for changes or for new directions. Most projects are done in three to five weeks.
Will the logo hold up on a van and on a phone?
It has to. A mark for a practice or a service company lives on a sign, on a van door, on a business card and in a small round profile picture. I draw for the smallest place it will appear and let the big ones take care of themselves.
Do you build the website as well?
Yes. Design and development, plus logo animation, short clips and templates for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. A brand is seen on a phone first these days.
Who will I be talking to?
Me. No account managers, no hand-off to juniors. You talk to the person who designs.
A project in Toronto? Write to me.
Two sentences are enough: what it is and by when. The rest comes out in the conversation.
