When you write through the form, I receive your name, your email address and your message as an email. I use them only to answer you and, if we work together, to prepare the project. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract.

I delete the letter when it is no longer needed. If a project follows, the correspondence is kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

When a page is opened, the server records technical data such as the IP address, the browser and the time, to deliver the page and keep the site secure. These logs are deleted after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, a secure and working site.

The site counts visits without cookies and builds no profile of you: it records which pages are opened, the country and the type of device, without anything that identifies a person.

The hosting and email providers may process data in the United States. This happens on the basis of the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

You can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit or object to its use, and receive it in a common format. Write to ramin@nasibov.me. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
