Dental practices · Brand identity, web, packaging
Branding and websites for dental practices.
Most people do not want to go to the dentist. A practice's brand has one job before any other: to make the visit feel calmer than expected, on the website, on the door and on the toothbrush the patient takes home.
Work so far: White Rabbit Dental, a practice with its own toothpaste, brush and box, and a six-page website for a dental practice in Colorado. The second case is on its way to the site.
What matters here.
01Quiet, not clinical
A dental room is bright, hard and white. The identity has to pull in the other direction without turning childish. White Rabbit Dental runs on five cold, soft colours and has no pure black and no pure white anywhere, and that one rule keeps everything calm.
One mark, read two ways
A dental logo does not need a tooth and a smile and a star. It needs one shape that stays interesting. For White Rabbit the body of the mark is a molar and the ears grow out of the crown, and it still holds at eleven millimetres on a brush handle.
The website books the appointment
Patients arrive from Google Maps on a phone, often in pain. The site has to show the address, the hours, the people and the booking button before anything else, and it has to load fast on a weak connection.
The things patients take home
A practice can have its own toothpaste, brush, bag and aftercare card. That is the part of the brand that stays in the bathroom for weeks, and it is worth designing properly.

02Questions.
03We are one practice, not a chain. Is that too small for you?
No. Most of my clients are one company with one owner, and a practice with one location is a normal size of job. The scope simply stays tight: mark, colours, type, signage, website.
Do you build the website?
Yes, design and development, with online booking, opening hours and a page for every treatment. Fast, accessible and easy for the practice to update itself.
Can you work with the rules for medical advertising?
Yes. Claims, before-and-after pictures and patient testimonials are regulated differently in Germany, Spain, the UK and the US. I design within the rules of your country and check the texts with you.
What about the practice's own products?
Toothpaste, brushes, aftercare kits, gift boxes: I design the packaging and prepare the print files, and I can put you in touch with manufacturers I have worked with.
What does it cost?
After the first call you get a fixed quote for the scope we agree on. No price list, and no surprises on the invoice.
Do you also do the signage and the interior graphics?
Door, window, reception wall and wayfinding, yes. The interior itself is for your architect or fit-out company, and I work alongside them.

Two sentences are enough: what it is and by when. The rest comes out in the conversation.
